A man came through my line to buy food, he paid with foodstamps, then found out he couldn't pay for about 20 of his things. He didn't have the cash for it either. Now, this is normal for Walmart and I certainly don't judge anyone by it, but what happened next floored me ( Read more... )

I dont feel like a loser using them, I just know a lot of people and how they react to government assistance... and it's all negative. People like that man, and Eric's cousin Greg & his gf Gina.... meh. Gina sits on her ass at her moms, with her two children, while Greg works less than Eric and lives with his dad. ...And they are TOGETHER. She gets food stamps and medical insurance and doesn't even try to do anything.
We get em, and it helps us get everything else we need, and we work. I think they're wonderful. I just hate how some people give it a bad rep for the rest of us.

Wow! Hahahaha. "By the water." HOW CLEVER, GUY.

You met some interesting people when working with the public. An old guy came through my drive thru yesterday and when I asked "what can I get you?" He said "we're looking for sex." I just dropped my head and laughed then said "you came to the wrong place." He didn't even tip me after making a comment like that! I still found it funny though.

Some of the people that come in my restaurant just floor me with their attitude or the things they say.

I work at a daiquiri shop. I could never work fast food or be a waitress because people are just too damn rude. I find their attitudes are different when they're getting alcohol! Haha.
