What was the most terrible installment of your canon in your opinion? Why did you dislike it so much? Tell us what happened that you didn't approve of and what you would have done it better. There are so many in Buffy’s canon that makes me twitch and to be honest that’s why I got into fanfiction in the beginning. I wanted to make something “wrong”, ( Read more... )

Awww thank you! <3 I also play Buffy under scythe_matters. That's the one I use for RP games and things like memebells, etc.

I need to get back to writing Buffy in prompt communities again. Does Theatrical Muse still have a Buffy?

Theatrical Muse doesn't have a Buffy and it looks as though they're finally getting moving again. I hope you're thinking about coming back? There are plot bunnies to hunt...

I think that it was valid, though. BTVS "demonised" some genuine horrors, (for instance, the abusive step-father in Ted) but that actually made them easier to deal with - kill/stake/stab or batter them = gone. Insane robots, vampires and demons don't have civil rights and aren't protected by religions that insist that you give them good for evil.

However, the nerds were human. She couldn't kill them. Most of the super-human skills didn't help because when it came to humans Buffy had to obey the same laws as everyone else.

The nerds had a full set of civil rights under law and custom - but at least two of them were capable of murder and Warren was a murdering rapist who intended to drive Buffy crazy and/or frame her for murder.

That's a lot more dangerous than a vampire who obliging disposes of its own body if you stick a stake in the right place.

Sorry - the Muse only dropped in to wish Buffy a happy birthday!

Happy Birthday again, Buffy; I tried to leave a message at Scythe_matters but that journal is friends only.
