If you REALLY want to screw him... File a wrongful termination lawsuit (which he'll have to pay a lawyer to defend him against), and/or file for unemployment (it'll make his unemployment insurance go up)

as much as I hate fooling with lawsuits and all that garbage...and I also refuse to become a burden of the state with unemployment, but you got me thinking.... ;P
