My WoW Daily Quest Route
Notes:
You could probably FP to every location, but I like to fly so that any time you are traveling that isn't a FP, or doing quests in an outdoor area, work on Gaining the Advantage.
My hearth is Sylvanaar, but you can be at Shattrath so you can hearth back at the end if you have a last few quests outside of Shattrath to do.
Hopefully, you have done the cooking quest before and have been taken the Crate of Meat and don't have to farm for the ingredients for the quests. Some are in the areas that you do the quest, others are a little out of the way.
This list excludes quests I can't do yet, like the Netherwing, ones that require a group, like dungeon dailies, PvP dailies, or ones I don't "need" rep for / don't like.
Yes, I know i have quests on this list that I can't do yet. I'm thinking ahead.
To have a shorter route, exclude Maintaining the Sunwell and just FP to Netherstorm.
To have an EVEN shorter route, just do the Isle of Quel'danas dailies.
Zone: Terokkar
Start in Shattrath.
Gather:
Gaining the Advantage - Gathering Profession
Take Portal to Isle of Quel'danas.
Zone: Isle of Quel'danas
Collect and do (All quest names are post-phase unlocked versions.):
+ P1 - Arm the Wards!
+ P1 - Further Conversions
+ P4 - Open for Business
* P2 - The Air Strkies Must Continue
* P3 - Keeping the Enemy at Bay
P2 - Know Your Ley Lines (Do this one when you do The Battle Must Go On, Crush the Dawnblade and Don't Stop Now...)
P2 - The Battle Must Go On
P3 - Crush the Dawnblade
~ P3 - Don't Stop Now...
~ P4 - Disrupt the Greengill Coast
Use Darnarian's Scroll of Teleportation (quest reward from Know Your Ley Lines) to get back to Shattrath.
(Note: ~, *, and + Do (or start) at the same area.)

Maintaining the Sunwell Portal
Sunfury Attack Plans
The Multiphase Survey
Daily Cooking Quest
Daily Fishing Quest
(If your Fishing is Shrimping Ain't Easy, run real quick to Zangarmarsh and do it.)

Fly to Sketis.
Gather and do:
Fires Over Sketiis
Escape From Skettis
(If your Cooking is Revenge is Tasty, get stuff here.)
Fly to Allerian Stronghold.
FP to Nagrand.
Zone: Nagrand
Fly from Telaar to Oshu'gun.
Do: Multiphase Survey (Don't forget to put your regular headgear back on afterwards!)
(If your cooking is Soup for the Soul, get stuff and cook it here.)
(If your fishing is The One That Got Away, do it here.)
Hearth (or FP) to Sylvannar.
Zone: Blade's Edge Mountain
Fly to Ogri'la.
Gather and do:
Bomb them Again!
Wrangle More Aether Rays!
(If your cooking is Super Hot Stew, cook it here.)
Fly to Bash'ir Landing.
Do: Maintaining the Sunwell
Fly to Mana Forge B'nar.
Zone: Netherstorm
Do: Sunfury Attack Plans
(If your cooking is Manalicious, collect them while here.)
Fly to Hellfire
Zone: Hellfire Peninsula
(If your fishing is Felblood Fillet, do it here.)
Gather and do (At the Throne of Kil'Jaeden):
Blast the Gateway
Blood for Blood
FP to Shattrath
Zone: Terokkar
Turn in:
Fishing Quest (if you don't have Crocolisks in the City)
Cooking Quest
Multiphase Survey
Maintaining the Sunwell
Sunfury Attack Plans
Gaining the Advantage if you have finished it, if not save it for the next day
(If your fishing is Crocolisks in the City, take the portal to Stormwind and do it.)
Total Dailies: 22, if you finish Gaining the Advantage
Time: 3 hours (for all but Phase 4 quests)
