<3 your choice of music. these are really great. i really like the first one. the extreme yellows remind me of ...19th/early 20th century illustrations that used a lot of those ochrey mustardy schemes. i feel like you've been leaning away from a lot of yellows lately? but when you use it it's a good turnout. the second one really feels like it's achieving what you described these as being about to me, as in it seems like an experiment. but a good one. the only thing i see is that although i know it's going into space i get confused with how close the branch color is to the distant panda's fur and that theirs no shadow to show s/he's standing on it. the last one feels the most successful overall. i like the darks vs the whites of the cheeks. it feels more complete with whites, purples, blue/blacks, red/oranges, and greens. i think you should practice more night scenes maybe??
whaaat i use yellow a whole lot! usually for backlighting though. its always a failsafe and i tend to worry i fall back on it -too- much. and yeah the second and third are less successful- with the second i was using weirder colors to shadow- pink and cyan. and yeah back red panda's paws should be visible. and hellll yeahhhh my night scenes still suuuuck 8c
