Now I've made a lot of cakes in my day, but that's one I've never done. Any particular reason for posting it?

And it was oh, so good. Of course I consumed to such excess on Saturday (cake included) that I spend all the daylight hours on Sunday as an official Day of Atonement.

Freakin' great cake, though. Really a perfect cap to a whole day of deliciousness.

And thanks for not using wellfare cola in the cake!
