ah, the never-ending debate of reepicheep's (or however it's spelled) gender.

as far as the ducks go, since our schedules never line up to be on the phone, try it the following way:

MR ducks
MR not ducks
OSAR
CDEDBD feets
MR ducks

I sometimes purposely let the MR be Mr to throw people off. Other than that, read the capitals as their letters and the words as words. If it still doesn't quite stick, let me know and I'll write it phonetically. (and it's so much more fun is you do OSAR indignantly :) )
