Gift from the past
We were doing some work today at a older house (30s maybe 40s) and replacing the electrical service with a new safer panel. Well me and the boss had been talking about how old the panel was and when the last time it was serviced/replaced. When we finally pulled the panel out there was some wadded up news paper in the back. The news papers date was Saturday April 10th, 1965. I dont know why but I just find it wild, like finding lost treasure.To make it better, it was even the comics page. Its only one page mostly ripped up but enough to see and make ya think about the electricians who put it there in the past.
