I'm going to have to agree with what's already been said.

When I was, well... "fooling around" with Dave, I assumed that we both felt the same way. I really liked him, but, as you remember, he was also fooling around with Kevin at the same time. Both myself and Kevin ended up feeling really upset over it, we were both attached and it could have been avoided by just asking him right off the bat.

Apparently studies say that girls have a more difficult time separating love and sex than guys do, so at the very least, know what you're getting into. I'd ask him just to make sure you're both on the same level, understand it, and try not to get too attached if neither of you want something long-term.

yeah, it's true. My roomate who is a psych major was always telling me that after sex, women's brains release oxytocin, which is the hormone that makes you bond with people and feel all "love-y" towards them. hah, so yeah, from a scientific standpoint....

but even just socially, i feel like men are more able to just have sex for the sake of having sex, whereas for women it's more about an emotional connection and less about physical gratification (even if there is some of that too!) haha
