I was a Dive Therapist back home, and while there's no way to Dive here, I figured maybe I could still run therapy sessions for all of you! It's ... a little different than what I'm used to, but I thought it could still help to ( Read more... )

"Dive...Therapy"?

I don't know what that is, but...it doesn't sound like a bad thing...

Nope, it's not a bad thing at all! Think of it as normal therapy, but in a special place where no one can overhear and the atmosphere can change to suit your comfort level! But I ... can't do that here, I'm afraid.

I need a special machine in order to send people to that place, but there's no way the Malnosso would dump something so big here.

[Sorry for making you explain again, but I can see my character being interested if he knew what in the heck it was. So have an amusing misunderstanding.]

How does diving make people feel better?

[Doesn't bother me at all o/]

I-I don't mean the kind of diving you can do over at the lake. It's ... well, moving someone's subconscious into someone else's mind through the use of special machinery. Basically, "diving" into them.

That just sounds so strange.

Wouldn't you be afraid of the horrors you might see by doing that?

Well, it's only possible to dive inside a reyvateil's mind, and we have cosmospheres -- a special place in our minds that people end up in when they dive -- to prevent others from seeing everything all at once. So, they only see very surface-level things, unless we let them deeper in.

... S-sorry, this all must sound really weird.
