The percussion judge was David somebody, the guy who hit on Whitney Coomer at Concert Fest a couple years ago. (He was a percussion major at UTM) Anyway, so yeah. We did not so great. ECS and

Sorry to hear about all the crap. Tucker never gave us the option of cancelling a competition, much less a season. He's gotten too soft. When he was kicking people's butts around, smoking on the field, yelling all the time...we got our act together and actually did win grand champion. (Granted, we didn't have to march the field due to rain.)

And that's why we got grand champ. No marching. It's something we've always been aware of, Westview's music has been better than the marching. And when you take away the marching, well...

But, anyway... I completely agree with what you said about people being lazy and thing that Cordova is magical. But quite frankly, it's not. And I used to get really frustrated when people would whine about not winning anything and then proceed to do nothing to try and win something. Yeah. It made me mad. So, apparently, things haven't changed much.

And Matt's right. Mr. Tucker has softened up. I remember when he was really mean before when I just tagged along because of my sister. Yeah. The stories from those years are interesting.
