This thing hasn't seriously existed in a while. I ranted last week about beeing tired and busy. At least I still cared enough to finish the work. that's the one positive I got out of that. I still like doing work

woah--- we didnt even coordinate on this one! i TOO finished reading American Gods somewhat recently (at the end of winter break), and very much liked it (similar sentiments as you).... great characters and quirkiness over anything else.

of course it is! Although I don't think you're current endeavor is the same as mine...I'm reading something too crappy and mindless for you, but its good for putting me to sleep. Tom Clancy Rainbow Six. lots of explosions, lots of "hey, look, 2 good guys with really high-tech crap can take out hundreds of bad guys". Speaking of which...can we have a Die Hard night at some point? watch 1, 2, 3, 4 all in a row? it would be ridiculous.

I kinda really wanna get Anansi Boys now. Anansi is probably one of the cooler ones in that book. though Whiskey Jack is pretty funny. Gotta get me a copy
