One horrible customer can just ruin your day completely

Grr...I was having a very good night at work all until my final customer went and ruined it. Now I am in a horrible and foul mood. Grrr... For it was a slow night and I was working in the 10 items or less smoke line, which was actually nice since I could just pull up a couple of magazines and read until I actually have customers and the managers
