This reminds me of the Upright Citizens Brigade and the episode about their drug Supercool. Where they showed a girl on it and it was just her jumping up and down on the bed... until she didn't come back down... and then finally fell.

The drug was actually just sugar, which was pretty awesome. It was delivered/sold in pixie stick form.
