It's like my well-being steadily decreased like a diagonal line going downward on an xy-plane. And then suddenly, it immediately jumps up to a higher y-coordinate than the point at which the graph originally started. Kinda like this piecewise function:

{ y + x = 5 ( 0 < x < 4 )
{ y - x = 6 ( x > 4 )

LOL. Not exactly sure what that means but it sure sounds good- and impressive.
