My New Apartment!

Oct 16, 2010 12:52

Sorry for the delay in getting these up. I had slight technical difficulties with some of my furniture, and as a result I couldn't get all my boxes unpacked as quickly as I would have liked. :)

Where are the refrigerator magnets?

They're on the freezer door, not on the side. I'll take a picture for you one of these days. ;)

You are not moved in until there are magnets to be seen!!! I put ugly magnets + {messages, coupons, etc.} on the sides, pretty ones on the front.

Looking great! Although one of my first thoughts was how far away the TV is from the couch... LOL.

LOL! That was one of my first concerns, too! At my previous place, the TV was like 4 feet from the couch, but that's because the apartment was tiny. I noticed the difference in distances immediately when I set up the TV, but I've gotten used to it now. :D

So tidy!!! My place is a heap in comparison. I aim to match this.

LOL! It will only look like this for a few weeks. I usually don't put anything away...like, ever. My goal with the new apartment is to learn to be more tidy. :)

It's looking great, A! Your patio door is a mirror image of mine, right down to the blinds and the squirrels and the fascinated cats!:) Love it.

Thank you!

In all the previous places I've lived, there hasn't really been a view for him to see the wildlife. The day I moved in and he saw the first squirrel run across the patio he turned and looked at me like "WTF was that?!" Now he's fascinated with anything that moves, LOL. It's pretty hilarious. :)
