[He points off to one way down the street as they walk.] If we head down that way, we'll arrive at the center of the village. That's where the shops are set up. And behind the community building is one of the many streams in Luceti.

There's a lake south of the village, and then a much larger one to the northwest, beyond the forest. I've been keeping to the forests and lake mostly.

Where do you like to be, Walter? [ she looks around again, then back to him curiously. ]

Like to be? [They have to decide which way they want to go. There are some bridges, the other community buildings, or the shops to visit. He hopes she will decide where to do.] I ... like to not be around the Orerines. So I like to be near the lake.

The lake..? [ a smile appears, and she looks in the direction he had pointed in previously to the lake. That seemed like a place Walter would like to be in, though they spent little time together. She knew of his fierce loyalty to the Ferines. ]

[Colette's browsing through the shops -- looking for something to cheer up Raine -- when she notices Walter and Shirley. She's never seen Shirley, but she's smart enough to put two and two together. Aw, Walter looks happy. For now she'll keep to herself, she doesn't want to interrupt Walter's date.]
