Appearance: Dan is pretty small for his age, short and slim. With big brown eyes and messy blue hair, he usually looks more cute than the usual pretty of the night class. However, in the rare instances the gets serious, he seems to take a shift from "cute and childish" to "beautiful and dangerous."
Personality: Generally cheerful, Dan seems to always be smiling. He's chipper and generally carefree, a state that can often be contagious, annoying, or both. He may seem overly trusting at times, fearing very little; however, one might take into account that this is because generally, there is very little he needs to fear. Making Dan angry is usually not a good idea. Thankfully, it's also not too easy a task, unless he believes someone has done something wrong, in which case he doesn't hesitate to speak his mind.
History: The eldest son of the Aristocrat Dan family, Taichi has never had to worry about much in his life. It could even be said his parents have spoiled him, though thankfully he hasn't turned out to be as much of a brat as he could have. He has a little sister a few years his junior, whom he absolutely adores, and can get very protective about her.
Taichi is related to the Yagyuu family through his mother; their children are Taichi's cousins.
Taichi's parents are quite forward-thinking, and believe it's necessary for the future head of the family to learn to live around humans so he'll be better equipped to deal with them when it's his turn to protect the family's secret and well-being. To accomplish this, they have sent him to Eclipse Academy. Dan is a bit sad to be away from his family and misses them, but he's looking forward to making new friends, vampires and humans alike.
Other: Dan's Aristocratic power is water, but being young, he's yet to reach his full potential. For the moment, his abilities are mainly restricted to manipulating existing water around him. When there actually is water within reach, he can manipulate its shape and movement, but the range of his control is somewhat limited. He can also create some amount of water, especially in humid weather, but at least for now it's limited to soap-like bubbles he often likes to play with.
