Hi! So, I have been a member of your graphics community for a while and I realized that we have a lot of TV shows in common. Plus, you sound really awesome and I'd love to get to know you. (: Friends? P.S.: Gilmore Girls is the love of my life.
Hihi~ I know this isn't the place to ask and you have absolutely every right to ignore me... But I am begging you with my knees on the ground for your PotC screencaps.
All other screencap's quality has been sub-par compare to the ones on hotn.
I can offer you a couple month's paid subscription to LJ, some other graphic service, or anything else D;
And if you are still reading thus far, it's for my Trading Card Game website: http://www.angeled.net/tortuga It's a simple concept, but maybe one unfamiliar to you. I'm really sorry, but I really can't help out if my friends aren't able to recover the original caps :( I do still have the dics, but I really don't have the time to cap it. Sorry.
I've told the other members that I'm willing to autocap what's needed so that they can sort it and re-upload it, but that's all up to them. If they want PotC on the new server than I'll be willing to help out, but otherwise I'm afraid you're going to have to try and find them elsewhere.

Well, one last question O: I have the DVDs as well, but I don't know how to cap them. If you can guide me to the right program that can do it, I'll try figuring it out myself~
I use KMPlayer, you should be able to download it here http://www.kmplayer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8351. Capping with it is really easy using regular dvd's, just put the dvd in your cd/dvd drive (duh), open kplayer and play the dvd. Then you right-click on the screen, go to capture >> frame: extract. That's where you change the number of caps you want and the size and everything :) It's really easy, just make sure to set it to numbers to extract: continuously and set the file-type to either jpg or png if your computer can handle it :)
Bluray's work different though, you have to copy those to your computer as mkv files or ts files in order to get them to work.
