Why does it seem that everywhere I work I am the lowest paid and the hardest worker. I am not being cocky. I work my ass off to impress and I found out everyone started out at a higher pay then me. Why can't people see my potential. I am constantly shafted proving myself to people who dont give a shit. It always seems my women bosses do it to me.
