Adachi has a Persona - Magatsu-Izanagi. The likelihood of him actually using it is very slim, to be honest, since he only pulls it out when cornered. It will depend. idk.
Magatsu-Izanagi's skills include (jacked from a FAQ):
Heat Riser - ups attack, defense, and accuracy of 1 Ally
Mudoon - 60% chance of instantly killing an enemy
Vorpal Blade - all-enemy physical attack
Evil Smile - 30% chance of inflicting Fear on all targets
Ziodyne - LIGHTNING
Ghastly Wail - Instantly KOs anyone inflicted with Fear
Ma-Any Element-Dyne Maziodyne - LIGHTNING ATTACK ON ALL ENEMIES. He can use any element in the boss fight, but I am chalking that up to magical boss fight mechanics.
Dekaja - Nullifies stat bonuses on enemies.
... so really, like the regular Izanagi, he's a lightning elemental. Except he also has a bunch of relatively useful stat skills. He's around level 73.]
Notes for the Psychics: HAHAHA. WELL. [ADACHI IS KIND OF A DICK. AND BY KIND OF, I MEAN REALLY. He doesn't think much of anyone, and his "nice guy" facade is just that - a facade. I could go on for ages about what he's really thinking and probably not even touch the surface. He's taken from after the true ending, so he isn't nearly as bad as he was in game, but ... still. His surface thoughts are probably shallow, and if you dig deeper, you'll get a general hate-for-the-world vibe with a dash of less-than-overt misogyny.
