Bones to Pick

I love my school. I love going in and spending 12 to 14 hours learning things few people would ever think about when it comes to cooking. Love the experiences and the things I discover.

There is just one thing about Culinary School I do not love. The way people respond to me.

I know you are working hard to be the best chef possible, and I for one can't wait to taste some of your more complex items.

As for your critics saying that the classwork isn't as complicated as microbiology- just remember that miniNori tried to go to culinary school and she couldn't get past one of the meat courses.
