[When one is wondering how to cure spontaneous blindness and deafness in a housemate, apparently one heads to the library to have a peek at what info can be pulled from the pages of a book. After all, research mode always paid off back home.

So when Buffy sees Ed and his stack of books, she looks dissatisfied. What if the book she needs is actually in his pile, and she's been missing out this whole time because of it? Time to be an interruption, she supposes.]

Uh, excuse me? Mind if I have a peek at your heap-o-books, here?

[Sorry Buffy, you're gonna have to try harder to get him to hear you. The article he's reading right now really is quite fascinating and he's more or less blocked out all outside noise so that he can concentrate better.]

[With a shrug, she's just going to start looking through your pile. Regardless of an answer. She's probably not even that quiet or unobtrusive about it.]

Looking for something?

[Winry's been stalking Ed. Why? She wants to find out who the heck he was talking about when he replied to Zelos' love post. She thinks he's sneaking out for a date.

Right now she watches him through a small hole in a book case.]

[Oh Winry how naive you are, the only dates he goes on are with books~ Like the one he's currently making love with, with his eyes reading.]

[NOT NAIVE. JUST REALLY SUSPICIOUS. Are these books really "the other woman" ?]

[Yes, yes they are Winry! You will always be second to books.]

[Well, Jenny just happens to be in the library today, and she sees you over there Ed, so she's going to be walking in your direction, though before she can say anything she spots the books next to him, and now she's curious, so she'll be picking one up and taking a look at it without saying anything. So much for not getting distracted.]

[Ed finishes reading the last page of his book and flips it closed. When he goes to grab another book to start on he notices Jenny there.]

Find something good?

[She doesn't even bother looking up from the book.]

Sort of. Though I believe it's missing some information.

[If he looks at the binding, he might notice that it's physics.]

[Stalking little brother stalks over.

Quietly... quietly....

POUNCE! Al reaches his hands over Ed's eyes and covers them, grinning to himself. Hello, you have been too quiet and antisocial, Ed.]

[Ah! The light, where has it gone!...Oh. He's being blindfolded.

He takes the hands away from his eyes and without having to look, he just knows that it's his brother.] Hey Al.

[He leans on the chair and laughs cheerfully.] Hello, big brother! What did you find to read?

[Turns the cover to so Al can see the title, Mathematical Concepts of Quantum Mechanics.] I've never seen anything anything on this subject before so I thought it'd be worth reading up on.

*Jr. hasn't been to the library in a while (for him), so his current stack of books is even larger than his normal one. However, given that he isn't even five feet tall, this puts the top of the stack above his head and very much covering his eyes. This would explain why he just walked into Edward's chair on his way over to yet another bookshelf, spilling several of his own books in the process.*

[When Jr. walked into his chair Ed looked up and, seeing that some books had been dropped, he marked his page and got up to help collect the ones that had fallen.]
