I watched this made for tv movie on CBC today, titled, Murder Unveiled. It was about a Sikh girl that was murdered by her family. Her parents gave orders for a mafia group to kill her. I seem to recall a documentary about this case. Some people even now still confuse Sikhs with Muslims, so a story like this just blurs it even more for those people who will think this was some kind of "honor killing."

I've only been to Goa (which as I understand it, is unlike anywhere else in India), but the Sikhs I met there didn't appear so radical. Actually, I mainly met Catholic Indians.
