Matt Wertz
So I've fallin' in love with Matt Wertz's music lately. It's so good.
I bought his CD the other day and it's great. Some of my favorite tracks are "Red Meets Blue", "Marianne", "Counting to 100", "That for You", and "Everything's Right". So I went to the Live Music Archive @ www.archive.org and found some live shows a couple days ago. I downloaded the show @ Blue Door on 9.19.04....so good. I love his cover for "King of Wishful Thinking"....Pretty Woman is such a good movie.
Matt Wertz and Matt Nathanson are coming to the Bottleneck in Lawrence, KS (3 hours away) so I bought tix. They were only $10....can't beat that. The bottleneck looks like a hole in the wall, so it should be a close intimate set. The shows on 11.2.05 so there's still a little while....don't know who I'll find to go with me yet but I'm super excited to see them both live. Another addition to my concert addiction. -hehe that was a good line. Go Me.
