Quick workout

Hi,
it's currently the end of my semester, so i'm dying of lack of time and lack of sleep.
My 5hours of sleep nights are killing me, and during the day time, i'm only doing my chemestry, calculus 2 and biology homeworks X_X
I know that lack of sleep causes gain of weight, and i'm so stressed, so i'm always eating.

Also, I have big thighs and calves and when i loose fat, I only loose fat on my belly, so how do I get smaller legs?
My calves are not that fat although, they're big but its muscle, is there a way to get them smaller too? Because I can't wear
boots and it complexes me a alot.
