Could I get more info on the Sledding Chikorita's eye damage? From the picture it looks a bit like hot glue(?) or something that could maybe be removed? Or is it irreversible damage?

Most of my plush were stored inside individual clear plastic bags on top of being inside plastic containers. What happened to Chikorita was the eye's paint somehow melted into the plastic it was in. I only discovered it when I recently took photos of everything. There was no way of removing the plastic from the eyes as it was stuck other than peeling it off, thus damaging the paint.
