We had a marvelous discussion a few years back on someone's LJ, who then posted a great article on their own blog, about shitty pagan leadership. And I can picture the conversation in my head, but I lost the link in my netbook meltdown. Would someone, hopefully the person with the blog, but anyone who might recall the convo or link, please help? I

It is not ringing a bell for me. Which is most annoying, because leadership is something I find I care about rather strongly.

I'd be terribly annoyed to discover the thing was in my archives. I don't remember writing an essay that was pointedly about leadership, thought I do remember having intended to do that at some point.
