I love how his hair moves and how his lip seems to jump in the animation. I always envy you how easy it is to make small changes like that in digital drawings.

eta: hee, i used the exact same Sheppard pose for my icon that someone else used above. lol.

There are all these tutorials on how to do proper hair and I just flap around with the chalk brush until it sort of looks right. (Notice how in the last two frames I realized part of it sticks up straight.) Industrial glue couldn't keep that hair down. :)
