It had all started when it was all over. The world was how to should be with no more angels or demons fighting and no impending apocalypse. Humans had won the war and the Winchesters were finally able to enjoy life how it should be.
They were going to continue on living. They were going to go back to hunting and going to put this all behind them. However, Castiel had different plans for them. He was going to offer then a gift. He was going to give them their deepest desires.
That was how they found themselves, not on the road in the impala, but in a small house back in Kansas. Sam has somehow gotten a law degree. A real one. He had a job at a firm. It wasn’t too much of a shock to either of them. They both knew that was what Sam really wanted. What was a surprise was that Dean hadn’t changed. There was no gift for him. Dean blew it off, saying that his gift was to stay with his Sammy. But Sam knew that something was wrong.
Dean had gotten sick. He was throwing up at all times in the morning, but yet was back to his normal self by the afternoon. Sam was worried. Dean was never sick. Dean refused to get any help. He continued to say he was fine, but Sam knew differently.
“I’m fine,” Dean sighed, as he leaned back from the toilet.
“You need to get this checked out,” Sam worried. He wrapped his arms around Dean and pulled him close to his chest.
“Sam, I’m fine,” Dean sighed, becoming more and more agitated.
“How are you feeling, Dean?” Cas suddenly appeared in the doorway.
“Cas,” Dean shouted. “What the hell?”
Castiel walked over to Dean and laid a hand down on his stomach. “I asked how you are feeling.”
“Cas,” Dean began.
“The child is growing strong,” Cas smiled.
“The child!” Sam sputtered.
“The child that grows inside of Dean,” Castiel explained.
Sam wasn’t sure what happened next. The world went black.
Dean didn’t talk about it for a few days after that. He wasn’t upset nor was he too happy. He was just Dean. Although Sam did notice that Dean had his hand resting on his stomach at most times of the day.
“Are we going to talk about it?” Sam asked one day.
“What’s there to talk about?” Dean shrugged, looking away from Sam.
“The baby,” Sam sighed. “Are we going to talk about the baby?”
“I don’t know what there is to talk about,” Dean shrugged. “I’m going to have it.”
“Can we do this?” Sam asked, resting a hand on Dean’s belly. “Can we have a baby?”
“Of course we can,” Dean whispered, pulling Sam in for a kiss.
The next two months went smoother after that. Dean’s morning sickness soon faded, and his belly started to grow into a small bump. Sam soon found out that he was obsessed with it. He couldn’t keep his hands off of the small bump.
That’s why Sam had Dean bent over the kitchen sink now, thrusting into his tight hole. His hands were wrapped around the small bump as he massaged and rubbed it. “So fucking hot, Dean,” Sam grunted as he bit into Dean’s should. Dean didn’t reply. He normally didn’t when he had an ass full of cock.
That’s what their sex turned into, Sam thrusting into Dean while holding onto that sexy bump. He loved it. He soon realized that Dean wasn’t so turned off by Sam cradling his belly. He could feel Dean’s erection press against his hands while he held onto his belly. He was always holding on to it. When they were watching TV, cooking, anything, Sam had his hand on his belly.
One of the greatest things that has come about Sam always having his hand on his belly was the feeling of the baby first kicking. Dean had gasped and joined his hand with Sam’s on his belly. They stared at each other while they rubbed their hands all over Dean’s belly.
“That’s our son,” Sam whispered.
Dean turned his head away and sniffed quietly.
“Dean,” Sam pulled Dean towards him and saw that Dean’s eyes were filled with tears. He couldn’t help but lightly kiss him. “Thank you for doing this for us.”
“Sam,” Dean whispered, crying lightly. “Our baby…”
Sam bent down and captured his lips again.
Dean’s stomach grew and grew as the months started to fly by. It was a rough transition at first. When he fist grew out of his clothes, he refused to buy new clothes and instead wore Sam’s clothes. That did irritate Sam. It was irritating to go and try to get dressed and then realize that all our clothes were dirty. However, he let Dean wear them. Soon even Sam’s clothes began to be too tight on Dean.
“Just get new clothes,” Sam sighed, as he watched Dean try to tug on one of Sam’s old shirts.
“I don’t need to,” Dean grunted, tugging on the shirt.
“No one will think less of you,” Sam sighed.
Dean turned and glared at Sam. Sam’s shirt was still resting on the top of Dean’s belly, unable to go down. “I don’t need to. “
“I bought you some,” Sam answered. “Please just wear them.” He turned and walked out.
A few hours later, the room was scattered with the new clothes and Dean was sitting in the middle of the room crying.
“Dean,” Sam quickly ran to them.
“They are so big,” Dean sobbed, holding up one of the shirts.
“You’re pregnant,” Sam sighed. “Of course they will be big.”
Dean cradled his belly and sobbed.
“I still think you look gorgeous,” Sam whispered, kissing Dean’s neck. “Even more gorgeous than before.”
Dean looked up to him with wide, watery eyes.
“I love you,” Sam whispered, kissing him.
“Me too,” Dean answered, kissing him back.
Once they started to get closer to Dean’s due date, they decided that Bobby should know. Bobby was like a father to them and they wanted him to be their baby’s grandfather.
“What the hell is this?” Bobby asked, his eyes growing wide while looking at Dean’s stomach.
“This,” Sam gulped, placing a hand on Dean’s belly. “This is our son.”
“The hell did you boys get yourself into now?” Bobby asked, not taking his eyes off of Dean’s belly.
“This was our reward for saving the world,” Sam answered, starting to get angry.
“This is sick,” Bobby muttered.
“Sick?” Sam glared.
“Sam,” Dean said softly, holding onto Sam’s arm.
“We should exorcise it,” Bobby said. “We need to kill this demon.”
“Demon?” Sam sputtered. “This is our son! This is our healthy, human son!”
“Dean’s a man,” Bobby sighed. “Men don’t get pregnant.”
“They do when angels allow it,” Sam answered.
“Sam,” Bobby sighed. “They have your mind.”
Before anyone could blink Sam had his hands around Bobby’s neck. “You so much as even fucking touch my son and I will kill you.”
“Sam,” Dean said softly.
“You are ill,” Bobby spat out.
“Sam!” Dean screamed.
Sam looked over and saw Dean’s soaked pants. “Dean!”
“The baby,” Dean gasped.
Sam let go of Bobby and ran to Dean. “It’s going to be okay, just breathe.”
Dean nodded and started to take deep breaths.
Sam had managed to fit Dean into the backseat putting a blanket under him, so that he wouldn’t mess up his seats. Sam began driving as fast as he could.
“Sam, the baby’s coming,” Dean panted out.
“I know, Dean. I know,” Sam answered.
“No, I mean now!” Dean screamed.
Sam drove off the side of the road and jumped out of the car. He flung the backseat’s door open and looked to Dean. Dean was crying and arching his back. His pants were soaked with fluids. Sam yanked his pants and peer between Dean’s legs.
“Get it out!” Dean cried.
“Shh, breathe Dean,” Sam soothed, rubbing his hand up and down Dean’s leg.
Sam watched as Dean’s hole began to gape and a small dark object began to push against it.
“I think I see the head!” Sam said with wide eyes
“It hurts,” Dean sobbed.
“Just push,” Sam soothed. Sam massaged Dean’s legs as his hole grew bigger and bigger. The head started to bulge out of his body obscenely.
“Good job,” Sam answered. He could feel a cold sweat breaking out on his face. He couldn’t pass out. He had to stay strong for Dean, but it was repulsive to see him like this.
Dean bore down again and the head was completely out. Sam felt sick. This was the most disgusting thing he had ever seen. But Sam stayed strong. He held Dean’s hand and kissed him softly.
“One more push,” Sam encouraged.
Dean bore down again and the tiny body slid free.
“A girl!” Sam gasped.
Dean held his hands out tiredly and took the baby. Once Sam handed her over, Dean placed her on his chest and let her nurse. Sam stayed between Dean’s legs to catch the placenta.
After cleaning everything up, Sam went to Dean. “You did so good,” he smiled, lightly kissing him.
“I want to call her Mary,” Dean whispered.
“Mary,” Sam smiled. “Welcome to the world, Mary.”
Life became hectic but wonderful after that. The Winchesters faced sleepless nights and constant crying, but they loved it. They loved watching her learn to speak and learn to walk. They loved every moment that they could spend with her. Sam couldn’t help but admit that he did want another one, but he kept that to himself. Dean was still complaining about not being able to lose the baby weight.
“Sam!” Dean screamed one day right when Sam came home from work. Sam ran up the stairs to see what was wrong.
“You bastard!” Dean screamed, throwing a positive pregnancy test at him.
