For calluses, the best thing in the world is to either pick up a pumice stone or some sandpaper. I have hella blisters from the barn a lot, and they're really, really painful to cram into shoes. Grab some grit, soak your feet for a few hours, and sand your calluses into oblivion. Make sure you have something to sterilize with afterwards, but it'll keep all the walking calluses under control and help eliminate some blisters.
Also, to prevent infection and stupidly painful/splitting skin regrowth, try digging out any further blisters with a sterilized pin. It'll help a lot to not have to regrow the skin over the open wound.
