In 2.5 years, my "dynamic" U-verse IP has never changed.

Interesting. I assumed it would because my DSL IP changed every time the router rebooted, but I guess we'll see.

What about up and download speeds?

Haven't measured it yet. The modem reports something like 34M/5M, but that's vastly in excess of the advertised speeds, so either it includes TV and voice, or is a complete lie.

I've found a couple of speed tests. One says 4Mb; one says 8Mb.
