I bought my last Craftsman tools in the 80s and am still using them. I also still have a Craftsman crosscut saw and a brace and bit that my grandfather bought before WWII.People talk about how much better Snap-ons are, but I've never had a problem with Craftsman.

I have surveyed some screwdrivers that failed in their role as chisels, however. For free, of course.

This reminds me that I have a really nice ratchet that couldn't survive a 4 foot cheater bar and a stuck pulley bolt a few years ago that I need to return.
