that is a beautiful entry and i'm glad you like anu tuominen. her exhibition in amos anderson was amazing. we talked to some nice old ladies and shouted a lot. because we were so thrilled about her art. oh well..

i think ulla jokisalo inspired me the most, this year. though she has inspired me for a long time now.

shouting in art galleries is a blast! i was at this art show with my sister a couple years ago and we were at a room with big abstract paintings made of shimmery paint and old wallpaper. they were all rather nice because they made us think of celebrations and fancy times and we started pretending the paintings were all part of getting ready for a fest. i got real excited and shouted "what the fuck is going to happen next?" we burst out laughing because i was so stupid. an older lady in black stared at us across the room. later i found out she was the artist who had painted those paintings oh well...

(ulla jokisalo has been a big inspiration for me as well)
