lovely photo indeed! (the first one especially)

we went to see Pirila's exhibition last year and it was very inspiring to me and very beautiful. i've been thinking about using the same idea but i'm not sure i can do it right :o it would be nice to see photos like that by someone else!

thank you hanna! I missed that exhibition when it was in Turku, boo for that. When you're preparing a camera obscura the hole you make in the black plastic - or whatever your using to cover up the windows - has to be really tiny and even or it won't work. I'm sure I would mess it up. Also, I'm not sure if you need to place a little lens in the hole?

that's where a piece of foil comes in handy, a lid from a cup of yoghurt for example. it's easy to pierce with a needle and holds the tiny round shape better than plastic. no lens should be necessary, methinks.

i like this entry a lot. a lot lot lot. i like the lines in the first one and the one below gets better every time i look at it. i like pirila's photos too. amazing stuff. i need to start taking photos again. i only post old stuff. dubbdubbdumm. goodbye.

Thank you, sincerely! I've looked at the first photo on several computers and it's crappy, too dark and the green doesn't look green on some but on other screens it looks just the way i like it. Now I need to get outside (writing this at school), I need to expose myself to some Light! It's getting lighter lighter every day, it's making me hyper. Bless.
