How about a Biggest Loser contest between yourself, myself and some others? Perhaps some teams? I'm looking to shave off a few pounds & get into better shape, too.

Play DDR or get a Wii... seriously, I hate exercise, and these are fun ways of getting the heart rate up.

We're (well, Nik is) getting Wii for Christmas........I need to get the Lightsaber duals so I can kick my kids' butts.....LOL

I can't wait - DDR will be this white guy's "Rhythm Nation", baby. LOL

Just quit playing WoW. There is no benefit to it, it sucks your life away into a useless computer world that asks nothing of you and gives back less and you'll likely lose 20 pounds just not doing it.
Every time you normally play WoW go for a walk for the same amount of time you would play. No need to run, don;t bother with a gym, just go a walk. Pounds lost, life gained.
