RIP Tara and Phil

Tara, Phil, and Shelly got in the car around 8:00 morning from Tara and Alicia's birthday party. As she was going home, Tara feel asleep and hit a tree. Tara died automatically while Phil died in the hospital. Shelly got away with mild bruises and a fractured ankle
