I just had my first ever phone interview and I feel like a complete idiot. Phone interviews are really weird especially since she caught me completely off guard. I just heard my phone going off in the other room and answered it and it was this job I'd applied for a couple of weeks ago calling. She asked me about my archival/cataloguing experience
