I'm actually guilty of another kind of cyberstalking, which was basically making use of passwords people (by people, I mean an ex) gave to me ages and ages back in order to be a terrible nosy spy LONG after the point when he was likely to have any memory whatsoever that I knew his password. I think this definitely qualifies as stalking, although I of course made an effort NOT to be discovered (and as far as I know, never was) and we were not even in any kind of contact.
