I just haven't felt like posting. Been kinda in a grey state. Holidays do that for me. I try my best to just ignore them, but no matter what, they are there, in you face. And there isn't a damn thing most people can do about it. The stores start even before HalloweenSamhain is over. It is sickening. I wish stores would stop. Strangely, it ( Read more... )

Tom, it has nothing to do with gift giving, or such that has made me give up on humans. Also, I think you may misunderstand. Another way to put it is, Humans are stupid, people are smart. As a collective, the human race is a bunch of idiots, wandering towards an abyss of their own making, and destroying and consuming everything in their path and enjoying the ride despite the moral cesspool they wallow in. Despite this, there are rare individuals that show they have more then the usual intelligence and integrity then the average Joe on the street. They are the people I don't mind dealing with. Working in customer service will usually lead you to lose faith with humanity because there is that stupid belief that 'the customer is always right' even when the customer is clearly wrong.

And a special thank you to my favorite lady, whom I would have gladly helped with her Yule dinner if I could have gotten to PA. Just because you are a kitchen witch, doesn't mean you have to slave over the cauldron alone hun. :)

I didn't slave over the cauldron alone this year but you are always welcome to come help me cook. I had lots of pumpkin pie left this year too!

I understand your need to walk away from hurtful things/people because there are too many egocentric people in the world. I hope at some point you will find true healing. Mew! ^..^~~~ *Hugs*

Knowing you, it was cleaning you were going nuts with. I know you and that cleaning brush. ;) And you know I am always happy to clean up, especially if it involves cleaning up some pumpkin pie. :D

My house was actually a lot dirtier that I would have liked. I didn't get to clean the house very well. LA was helpful in that area but I just didn't have the time or the energy.

You mean to tell me that, if I fed you pumpkin pie, you would be my maid? ;-)

Ummmm.....Shhhh! Don't talk like that! Someone may actually TRY! Now if you wore a french maid outfit...that might get me to. :D Did you make LA wear one? That could have been funny to see :D

Anyways, you know I like cleaning up certain things around your place in the way that Kayla might do so.
