i have been handling life insurance sales agents for 3 months now. currently, i am handling 4 sales offices, 1 of which is based in dagupan. each branch has a branch manager, some unit managers and an average of 20 agents. that makes it around 25 or so people in a sales office.
life has been a rollercoaster ride since that day we (the trainers) were given the assignments. no day was the same. neither was there a day when i can honestly say that i didnt have a headache with any one of them. having 25 people in a sales office, and having 4 sales offices is like having children with different personalities. they are motivated by different things and different reasons.
you can just imagine how my day goes.
so pardon me if i'm really cranky and busy, and got no time to write entries aside from online quizzes. by the way, it's the end of the month sales cut-off.
