The story is told with Blair's energetic style, bringing some humor to balance the tragedy of Jim's situation.
What a lovely series. I'm not always such a big fan of AU's, but Delilah captures Blair's voice:
"The little Sandburg who lives in the back of my brain is stomping around in a circle aimlessly muttering that they wouldn’t have called six times if he’s *okay*.
And Jim is just beautiful inside and out. It's such a vivid portrait of how things could have gone horribly wrong. I'll confess that Jim's answer to the question, "What is Blair?" made me tear up.
