I just  found this and I think it looks about 100 times easier than what I have been doing.  Thought it might be helpful.

There's a similar tutorial to this in the archives, I think, that I found. The link you provided shows it all in less space though, so that's a good reference. I tried it on one shirt and it worked out really well. I'd recommend it.
