I found this community while looking for crafting forums and new ideas. I have a medium sized I Love NY t-shirt that I got on a recent trip to NYC, and it doesn't fit me at all. Any ideas on how to turn it into something usable?

So I have all these old graphic t's and t's that I don't wear anymore. I'd like to give them a new life so that I may wear them again or use them as something else but I'm having trouble desiding what to do with them. i just bought this hoodie, right? and when i went home and tried it on, i noticed that the shoulders are kinda stiif. like they put shoulder pads without the shoulder pads. am i making sense? so i was wondering, how do you 'un-stiff' them? like, make them slender. thanks a bunch!
