last night i went to a fundraiser in the rich part of laguna beach. well, one of the thousands of rich parts. it was for eagles, like the birds. there are some eagles out on catalina island that were affected by DDT and they were raising money to ensure their survival. a noble cause, i feel. so i went, knowing that i would not be one of the ( Read more... )

yeah... living in poverty/college makes you forget that even rich people have souls. a lot of my parents friends are rich and i haven't seen them in years... and its amazing how nice they are to me. its like, oh you live in a 3290389498 room house and drive cars that i cannot pronounce... yet you open your doors to me and treat me like family... and you act normal!
