(Oops I ended up filling it. Hope OP enjoys!)They're studying in the library when it happens. Dustin is absent because he prefers to do his studying with steady internet connection on hand, and he's too fidgety and loud to make their studying any easier, so Chris doesn't force him to come. Mark doesn't have the luxury of being obnoxious, however, and ends up complaining for a half hour as to why it's impractical to go somewhere to study when they have an entire dorm room with computers that aren't from the prehistoric age. Eduardo, being persuasive as always, eventually gets his way, and the three of them end up sitting at a square table surrounded by bookshelves. Eduardo is seated next to Mark, while Chris sits opposite them with three open books in front of him

No sooner does he assume his previous position does Mark's hand find its way back to his thigh. Eduardo gives up, and decides he's not going to continue to let it get to them. If this is Mark's way of retaliation, then so be it, Eduardo's not going to give up that easily
