mmmm yeah! that sounds delicious~ cherries soaked in kirsch would be like a dense blackforest cake right? This version of gaunche is really good though, if you can afford good quality chocolate it would be even better (I used green&black, they're on offer now at coles)

nope~ I just used the salad packet ones they have in coles. just wash and shake excess water off.
