Dark eyebrows light! XD Cosplay Make-ups FTW!!

I mainly did this for my sweetness Hikaru-chan! Because she asked, but I know there are a few boys out there with dark eyebrows who should read this, but are too lame to ask. xDDDD Tom & Will I'm looking at you xDDD

Okies, now this is the quick & easy way I've found to make really dark &/or thick eyebrows light or various colours xDDD

OTL You have no eyebrows to begin with. Eye shadow on it's own doesn't work for us, we need a primer of some type to make it stick, I'm not retarded. You're just lucky
