To start, I've taken a survey from my friend Stellanaut.

Put your MP3 player on shuffle, and write down the first line of the first twenty songs. Post the poem that results. The first line of the twenty-first is the title. Skip instrumentals, songs in foreign languages, and songs with the title in the first line.
She Turned Away
You and your museum of lovers, a precious collection,
It was a long and dark December, from the rooftops I remember,
This is me, for forever, one of the lost ones, the one without a name,
Watch your children around the abandoned well, don't ask me to tell if they slipped and fell,
I won't cut my beard and I won't change my hair, it grows like fancy flowers, it grows nowhere.
Now you all know the Bards and their songs,
Speak my friend, you look surprised, I thought you knew I'd come disguised,
I used to rule the. world, seas would rise when I gave the word,
I'm a little teapot short and stout,
One pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small.
Can we go away and never turn around again,
Inside out, upside down, twisting beside myself,
Here's the day you hoped would never come, don't feed me violins,
These are my friends, see how they glisten, see this one shine,
There is ice, alive, turn ice into fire.
Shining like a work of art, hanging on a wall of stars,
Its my generation, feel the rhythm of the nation,
From all the drugs, the one I like more is music,
I am a new soul, I come to this strange world,
Think of me, sweet darling, when everything's going bad.

Odd...it seems to fit one of my story characters almost perfectly. Especially the last part. o_o
Anyway...
Snow: AGHWTFSNOWEVERYWHUUUUUUUR. Yeah, there's, like 8 inches outside as I'm writing this. Eeeeeh. o_o Scary. But fun. I had a snowball fight with my mom and the dog sorta got into it as well. Oddly, I find myself taking pictures of birds when I'm supposed to take pictures of the snow. Its fun, but iunno why I started now. I have some pics
here.
Foreign Songs: I find myself listening to more Japanese songs than usual, as well as some Bollywood favorites of mine. But here's the odd thing: I don't want to know what the words mean. I know what to feel despite the words. I understand the Japanese songs, but its something I can't translate. I feel its a crime to bring something out of its natural language and try to make sense of it in the language you speak. I don't know why, either. :) I think I like to be blissfully ignorant.
Youtube Commentary: I've told you all about the LUMF, which I'm still working to get off of the ground, right? I feel that I should probably start my first one on the date of Barack Obama's inauguration and start from there, talking about the news and whatever else crosses my path. :)
Internet Explorer: It has come to my attention that there's a HUGE glitch with IE. XD Thank GOD I changed over to Firefox a week before that shit happened. For anyone else reading this: please do NOT USE INTERNET EXPLORER. Unless you want a hacked computer, of course.
One Month to Live: If I had one month to live, I'd do so many things. :) I think I'd like to try and race an ostrich, go hang-gliding, travel around Japan a bit, and spend a day with Barack Obama. Or Nelson Mandela, perhaps. Oh, and be at a live taping of The Daily Show. 8D
Christmas: We had Christmas early at my house since my brother and his family are heading to Mexico until the 15th of January. And I got a Wii! 8D I've been playing it sooooo much. But its a lot of fun and I think that I can exercise better this way. Maybe I'll lose some weight that I need to lose. Oddly enough, the Wii Fit says I'm perfectly healthy for my age, despite my weight.
Bush and the Shoes: Yes, I heard about Bush almost being pelted with a shoe, stop saying 'OMFG DID U NO?'. I KNEW THE HOUR IT HAPPENED. I have Yahoo alerts for shoes, birthday cake, Bush, and dogs. :P I think he got what he deserved. Its a good farewell present, and a wonderful way to top the year off, I believe.
I think thats it. Bye~
