Are we allowed to use manga bases made by other people?

Hmm... no. It makes it fairer cos some people would go and get the original image and crop them which would take time, wearas taking a base is kind of unfair in that sense. So no. :)

It depends. Everyone normally has now submitted, but then again, I still feel conciderably ill myself, so I'll probably wait a bit. And I'll wait for yours, cos I still need extra people to participate. :)
